Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our products are custom-printed to order, which means they are personalised. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we do accept returns.
If There's a Problem
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, we will either reprint, replace, or refund your order free of charge.
If You're Not Satisfied
Even if there is no fault with the product, if you are not satisfied, please contact us. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within our return window.
How to Request a Return, Refund, or Reprint
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at sales@stubbstickets.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos are helpful where possible.
- We will confirm the solution (refund, reprint, or replacement) within 2 working days.
- Returns are made by mail and return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Recycling
As all of our products are paper-based, we encourage you to recycle any unwanted items responsibly.
